What is not included
Alpha Overmind sells no intelligence. It drives the agent subscriptions you hold yourself.

The cockpit needs engines, and the engines are yours: at least one coding agent installed and signed in on your Mac, or there is nothing for Alpha Overmind to fly. It launches the official CLIs under your own login and never handles your Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI credentials.

Every feature is in both plans; the only difference is the billing period. Requires macOS 13 Ventura or later on Apple silicon, plus your own installation and subscription for each coding agent you use, since the price covers the app and not the models behind it. Alpha Overmind never handles your Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI credentials, and your code, prompts and transcripts never touch our servers.
The phone companion is sold separately
Alpha Overmind Pro for iOS and Android is its own subscription, bought in the app, and the two do not unlock each other. The free phone app is already a complete way to watch and steer your fleet: every session, transcripts, approvals, push alerts and typed prompts. Pro adds voice in and voice out, pairing more than one computer, and working with any number of agents at once.
US prices; the stores show your local price, and Apple or Google is the merchant of record for the phone subscription. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Pricing questions
How does the 7-day free trial work?
The trial comes with the yearly plan. A card is required up front, nothing is charged on the day you start, and the subscription renews automatically at $149 per year when the 7 days are up. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The monthly plan has no trial: it starts today and renews every month.
How do I cancel?
In two clicks from Settings › Account in the Mac app, which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancel any time; the subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for. No email to us, no retention maze.
How many Macs can I use it on?
One subscription runs on 2 Macs at a time. Swap a Mac for another whenever you like from the app's sign-in screen; there is a fair-use cap on how often seats move.
Are any AI models included in the price?
No, and this is the most important thing to understand before you subscribe. Alpha Overmind is the desktop application and its interface. It ships no models, no tokens and no inference, and it resells nobody's API. It launches the official agent CLIs already installed on your Mac, under your own login, so every prompt is billed by whoever you already pay: Anthropic, OpenAI or xAI.
Do I also need a Claude, ChatGPT or Grok subscription?
Yes, at least one of them, installed and signed in on your Mac. Without a working coding agent of your own there is nothing for Alpha Overmind to run. It carries no model costs of its own, which is exactly why it can be priced as a flat tool subscription rather than as metered inference, and why the price never moves with how hard your agents work.
Do the agent voices cost extra?
Not unless you want them to. Alpha Overmind speaks through the free voices already on your Mac, and listens with Apple's on-device dictation, so voice works the moment you install it with no key and no bill. If you prefer studio-grade voices you can add your own ElevenLabs or Cartesia key in Settings, in which case you pay that provider directly at their rates and we never see the key or the audio.
Is the phone app included?

Which taxes apply?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT or sales tax, which Stripe adds at checkout where your country requires it. Stripe is the merchant of record and issues the receipt.
Can I get a refund?
Write to support@alphaovermind.com. We would rather refund an unhappy first month than argue about it, and the free trial exists so the question rarely comes up.
